We size uprights and beams from your heaviest pallet load, the number of pallets per level, beam length, and the vertical spacing between levels. Capacity is always specified per level and per bay, and we provide load capacity plaques so your team knows the limits at a glance. If your loads vary widely, we'll design around the worst case rather than the average.

Yes, and it's often the fastest path to more capacity. We identify your existing frame and beam profile, confirm what can be safely reused, and design the expansion around it so you're not replacing steel that still has service life.
